There is no doubt that the way Af-x is conducted, as a one-on-one therapy process, defies almost all of the 'rules' that apply to psychotherapy. But these so-called rules are merely the product of long-term (social) conditioning about how we think we should act with counselors and other therapy professionals. From a neuroscience perspective, Af-x questions those rules and also respects you and your hidden powers to bring about change. The 'signatures' of the Af-x approach are specific to the respect you deserve, and all Af-x practitioners are highly trained to adhere to what 'works' within the human emotional spectrum.
